JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manually wraps panels and other loose items using foam and/or hard/soft corrugated cardboard in a way to insure delivery without damage.
Wraps accessories to be sent with kitchen.
Puts proper identification tags on boxes.
Assist with keeping department organized and follows through with paperwork.
Unloads and inspects panels from panel cart as received from the Finish Room.

Finish Inspection

Starting at: $15.00/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Inspect oversize parts and angle frames received from the Finish department. Ensure that they have the appropriate finish and are free from defects.
2. Retain all parts that need to be repaired or refinished and fill out appropriate rework tags to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
3. Distribute the oversize parts to the appropriate locations. Note their location on corresponding paper work.
4. Work closely with Expedite and Staging personnel to identify what oversize pieces may be missing from an order and their possible locations.
5. Locate and/or obtain angle frames and specialty items for the finish inspectors. Note locations and counts on corresponding paperwork.
6. Track and record problem orders, trends in defects, etc.
7. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Move carts to the next designated area.
Responsible for moving the magnets on the inter-department board showing the status of the work in progress for each order number.
Responsible for checking order off on magnets. Hilight as done (ex. veneer, doors, frames).
Responsible for hilighting the job number off the check-off list when magnets are complete and take the magnet to the quality inspection area.
Responsible for the count of parts on each cart completeness of orders.
Responsible for putting molding and panels away in designated slots.
Take undersize to booths to get sprayed. Mark with job number and color code.
Return undersize and catch-ups to carts to complete orders.
Take finish bottoms to booths to be sprayed.

1. Clean Cefla Machine and related equipment.
a) Removing and cleaning spray tips, caps, and pencil filters
b) Cleaning of spray booth area, change filters
c) Cleaning of trolley and components
d) Cleaning under main conveyor belt
e) Cleaning of non-stationary machine parts (pans and rails)
f) Clean belt guide switches
g) Cleaning of the Sorbini unit
h) Cleaning of floor under trolley
i) Clean all belts
j) Do scheduled cleaning of Cefla oven, wipe down racks and rollers etc.
k) Greasing of Cefla and oven
l) Changing of filters in oven and cleaning computer filters
m) Ensure Cefla is assembled, ready for 1st shift operation

2. Clean paint booths.
a) Rotate changing half filters in spray booths to ensure proper exhaust flow
b) Clean all guns and cups
c) Flush out pumps and clean guns
d) Clean glass and clean line
e) Vacuum/sweep debris behind filters
f) Clean booth and sweep up area
g) Dispose of used/dry cup gun liners, paint liners, etc.

3. Paint room cleaning.
a) Mop floor
b) Vacuum ceiling area (lines, top of booths, rafters, etc)
c) Vacuum walls
d) Vacuum overhead oven

4. Waste control and disposal
a) Ensure that all waste is properly sealed and labeled. All waste must then be separated and taken to designated areas.
5. Properly maintain, clean and store tools used during shift.

Finish/Hangline

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist sprayer in making sure paint that is needed is in cup gun ready to spray.
2. Assist sprayer setting up and organizing parts to be sprayed.
3. Put in screws, staples, etc. so parts are ready to be hung up.
4. Inspect parts, do minor repairs if needed and tack off for the parts to be sprayed.
5. Make sure all times are marked on Rework tags to identify when parts were sprayed.
6. Make sure all production paperwork is filled out correctly and parts are accounted for. Example: Angle frames and molding.
7. Assist in moving and turning around oversize parts.
8. Assist in cleaning cup guns and changing paint in guns.
9. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Putty all spots needed prior to sanding primer.
Lightly sand primer parts with sponges unless defects are found.
Sand sealed parts with either 320 sandpaper on flat surfaces or a sanding sponge that is equivalent to 320 sandpaper on profiled areas and edges.
Fix any voids or cracks when sanding.
Sand out any defects that you may find.
If sanding through paint get to spot primed.
Help with reworks whenever possible.
