Founded in 1990 by John Yakich, Candlelight Cabinetry began as a small shop making cabinets for local dealerships. Assembly

Starting at: $12.00/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Clean cabinets, foam and reorient them for the box guys.
2. Assist Warehouse box guys when you have down time.
3. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiates paperwork.
Glues and staples cabinet parts to build cabinets using operating press machine and staple guns.
Builds all cabinets.
Keeps a good production flow coordinating any problems with staging, etc.
Communicates with the supervisor concerning the department.
Know all materials that are used in the assembly area.
Build mainly production base and wall units learning correct procedure and techniques.
Capable of building all cabinets.
Operates staple and screw guns.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Angle frames, inspect/rework if needed and communicate with Team Leader.
Sand rework parts in an organized and timely fashion.
Use proper seal sanding techniques.
Touch up parts when possible instead of striping or repainting/staining.
Work with Finish room Team Leaders and Rework Expeditor to keep angle frames on schedule.
Fill in where needed in inspection area.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of sanding techniques.
Ability to operate palm sanders.
Knowledge of stain and painted colors.
Knowledge of finishing steps.
Must have the ability to fix, repair and touchup.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Clean Cefla Machine and related equipment.
a) Removing and cleaning spray tips, caps, and pencil filters
b) Cleaning of spray booth area, change filters
c) Cleaning of trolley and components
d) Cleaning under main conveyor belt
e) Cleaning of non-stationary machine parts (pans and rails)
f) Clean belt guide switches
g) Cleaning of the Sorbini unit
h) Cleaning of floor under trolley
i) Clean all belts
j) Do scheduled cleaning of Cefla oven, wipe down racks and rollers etc.
k) Greasing of Cefla and oven
l) Changing of filters in oven and cleaning computer filters
m) Ensure Cefla is assembled, ready for 1st shift operation

2. Clean paint booths.
a) Rotate changing half filters in spray booths to ensure proper exhaust flow
b) Clean all guns and cups
c) Flush out pumps and clean guns
d) Clean glass and clean line
e) Vacuum/sweep debris behind filters
f) Clean booth and sweep up area
g) Dispose of used/dry cup gun liners, paint liners, etc.

3. Paint room cleaning.
a) Mop floor
b) Vacuum ceiling area (lines, top of booths, rafters, etc)
c) Vacuum walls
d) Vacuum overhead oven

4. Waste control and disposal
a) Ensure that all waste is properly sealed and labeled. All waste must then be separated and taken to designated areas.
5. Properly maintain, clean and store tools used during shift.
6. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inspect all orders coming out of the Finish department for defects.
2. Retain all parts that need to be repaired and fill out appropriate rework tags to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
3. Track and record problem orders, trends in defects, etc.
4. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Do weekly inventory and keep supply room rotated and organized.
2. To plan, execute and document daily paint mixing operations within the finishing department.
3. To become an expert at preparation, properties (physical/chemical) and performance of paint products.
4. Monitor waste to ensure compliance with company and environmental policies and regulations.
5. Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning.
6. Become proficient at running a Cefla Flatline Finish system.
7. Support quality control by providing support/advice on product composition and performance issues.
8. Ensure that the work is performed in full compliance with established OSHA safety standards.
9. Do this job in a clean and efficient manner.
10. Proper labeling of all containers.
11. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and repair equipment.
Maintain the welding area with supplies, daily permits, keep the area clean and in order.
Maintain the generator.
