Founded in 1990 by John Yakich, Candlelight Cabinetry began as a small shop making cabinets for local dealerships. Finish

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Clean Cefla Machine and related equipment.
a) Removing and cleaning spray tips, caps, and pencil filters
b) Cleaning of spray booth area, change filters
c) Cleaning of trolley and components
d) Cleaning under main conveyor belt
e) Cleaning of non-stationary machine parts (pans and rails)
f) Clean belt guide switches
g) Cleaning of the Sorbini unit
h) Cleaning of floor under trolley
i) Clean all belts
j) Do scheduled cleaning of Cefla oven, wipe down racks and rollers etc.
k) Greasing of Cefla and oven
l) Changing of filters in oven and cleaning computer filters
m) Ensure Cefla is assembled, ready for 1st shift operation

2. Clean paint booths.
a) Rotate changing half filters in spray booths to ensure proper exhaust flow
b) Clean all guns and cups
c) Flush out pumps and clean guns
d) Clean glass and clean line
e) Vacuum/sweep debris behind filters
f) Clean booth and sweep up area
g) Dispose of used/dry cup gun liners, paint liners, etc.

3. Paint room cleaning.
a) Mop floor
b) Vacuum ceiling area (lines, top of booths, rafters, etc)
c) Vacuum walls
d) Vacuum overhead oven

4. Waste control and disposal
a) Ensure that all waste is properly sealed and labeled. All waste must then be separated and taken to designated areas.
5. Properly maintain, clean and store tools used during shift.
6. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Finish/Flatline

Starting at: $12.00/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Move carts to the next designated area.
Responsible for moving the magnets on the inter-department board showing the status of the work in progress for each order number.
Responsible for checking order off on magnets. Hilight as done (ex. veneer, doors, frames).
Responsible for hilighting the job number off the check-off list when magnets are complete and take the magnet to the quality inspection area.
Responsible for the count of parts on each cart completeness of orders.
Responsible for putting molding and panels away in designated slots.
Take undersize to booths to get sprayed. Mark with job number and color code.
Return undersize and catch-ups to carts to complete orders.
Take finish bottoms to booths to be sprayed.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires continual standing/walking throughout a 10-hour shift. It requires pushing carts approx. 100-200 lbs. approx. 150 ft. and lifting of parts weighing approx. 40 lbs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Do weekly inventory and keep supply room rotated and organized.
2. To plan, execute and document daily paint mixing operations within the finishing department.
3. To become an expert at preparation, properties (physical/chemical) and performance of paint products.
4. Monitor waste to ensure compliance with company and environmental policies and regulations.
5. Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning.
6. Become proficient at running a Cefla Flatline Finish system.
7. Support quality control by providing support/advice on product composition and performance issues.
8. Ensure that the work is performed in full compliance with established OSHA safety standards.
9. Do this job in a clean and efficient manner.
10. Proper labeling of all containers.
11. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Finish/Seal Sand

Starting at: $12.00/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Putty all spots needed prior to sanding primer.
Lightly sand primer parts with sponges unless defects are found.
Sand sealed parts with either 320 sandpaper on flat surfaces or a sanding sponge that is equivalent to 320 sandpaper on profiled areas and edges.
Fix any voids or cracks when sanding.
Sand out any defects that you may find.
If sanding through paint get to spot primed.
Help with reworks whenever possible.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of sanding techniques.
Ability to operate palm sanders.
Must possess a good attitude and be a team player.
Regular attendance required.
Work overtime as required to meet production demands.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires continuous standing in one place throughout a 10-hour shift. It requires frequent lifting/carrying objects up to approx. 20 lbs. Periodic assisted lifting of up to 60 lbs.

Finish/Stain

Starting at: $12.00/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

After part is sprayed work stain around part working into wood grain then wipe access stain from part.
Check for finished ends, sides, making sure stain is on every where it should be.
Keep up with production flow and quality.
When done with parts on the line help work on molding, oversize, angle frames, etc.
Help with reworks as needed.
Perform some sanding touch up.
Before starting next job pick up all rags and gloves off floor and dispose in proper container.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Maintenance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and repair equipment.
Maintain the welding area with supplies, daily permits, keep the area clean and in order.
Maintain the generator.
Build equipment, tables, carts, etc.
Maintain trucks and trailers.
Maintain the building making sure all things are safe and in working order.
Maintain fire extinguishers, emergency lights/door, eye wash, AED, first aid, mirrors emergency door exit signs, trauma kits, chain and hoist, forklift, lifts, table saws, paint pot, ground straps, overhead line and oven on a monthly or weekly basis.
Help assembly with their daily needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Machine parts from batch list to specifications.
Works with woodworking equipment (band saws, chop saws, pneumatic staple guns, dovetail machines, table saw and hand held orbital sanders, upcut saw).
Responsible for assembling drawer boxes, rollouts.
Perform necessary tool changes.
Perform edge finishing and branding of boxes.
Drawer box assembler on box press.
Machine operator (CNC dovetail machine).
Perform cutouts on rollout fronts.
Adhere to quality practices checking your work for quality at all times.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Download information into computer for box machine.
Operates box machine/glue boxes, organize boxes for packers.
Pack Cabinets.
Assist Assemblers.
Organize warehouse.
Handle UPS and Common Carrier Shipments.
Assist Warehouse Team Leader with inventory of stock of cardboard boxes.
Load trucks properly and in a timely manner.
Drive forklift and electric pallet jack.
Unload trucks and store/distribute materials.
